How change the old version with the new 3.0.0 version
The 2 extension are 2 different extension so you can have the 2 extension toghether in Dw extension manager and if you need you can use the old version or the new version like you prefer:
1) Open the page where you have the old version of the editor
2) Open the extension panel on click in the ServerBehavior panel, this open the old version extension
3) Click on the save button
and save the editor settings (give a unique name)
4) Remove the editor from the page on click in the minus button in the server behavior panel:
5) Put the mouse cursor in the page where you want insert the new editor
6) Open the new Editor, in the DwZone menu you will find the 2 links, for the old version (Html editor) and for the new version (Asp WYSIWYG Editor), you must click on the new version extension link:
5) Click on the load settings button
and select the name you use before to save and click the Ok button
6) Now you have the settings in the new editor extension
7) Insert the name of the editor (because the editor settings don't save the editor name) and click on the ok button to insert the new version of the editor in your page
8) If you are in an update page you must also bind the new editor to the recordset field (because the editor settings don't save the editor binding)
