Display order:
You can select images from 3 different position:
- Images: you manually select each image
- Folder at run-time: you can select a folder and each time the page is called my Php code scan this folder and get all the images and display them
- DataBase: you can create a recordset and get the image from this recordset.
In order to give you the maximun flexibility of choice you can choice the display order between the 3 group of image.
Theme:
Choose the theme you want apply to your gallery.
You can create your own theme.
The themes are located on the configuration Dw folders that are in (this folder location depend on you operating system):
For XP users:
C:\Documents and Settings\[USER]\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\Shared\DwZone\php\GalleryCollection\GalleryView\Theme
For windows 7 users:
C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration\Shared\DwZone\php\GalleryCollection\GalleryView\Theme
You can duplicate one of the predefined theme and modify it to be like you need
Transition speed:
the duration of photo transition animations in milliseconds.
Transition interval:
the delay between automated slideshow transitions in milliseconds.
Show panel:
Check to toggle display of main photo panel.
Don't check to create a carousel-style gallery.
Show panel nav:
Check to toggle display of next and previous buttons in the gallery panel.
Show overlay:
Check to toggle display of informational image overlays.
Overlay position:
The positioning of informational panel overlays. Options are 'bottom', 'top'
Panel animation:
The animation method used for panel image transitions.
Options are 'fade', 'crossfade', 'slide'
Panel scale:
The scaling method for panel images. Options are 'crop', 'fit'.
Pan images:
Check to toggle drag-based panning of oversized panel images.
Show filmstrip:
Check to toggle display of navigation filmstrip.
Show filmstrip nav:
Check to toggle display of filmstrip-based navigation buttons.
Filmstrip position:
Location of filmstrip in relation to panel. Options are 'top', 'left', 'bottom', 'right'.
Frame width:
Width of filmstrip frames in pixels.
Frame height:
Height of filmstrip frames in pixels.
Frame opacity:
The default opacity of filmstrip frames (range 0.0 - 1.0)
Frame gap:
Distance between frames in pixels.
Frame scale:
The scaling method for frame images. Options are 'crop', 'fit'.
Show caption:
Check to toggle display of frame captions (populated by image's short description).
Show infobar:
Check to toggle display of image counter bar.
