Register send:
If checked each time you send a mail the extension insert a new record in the table and with the field you setup in this page. This method work only when you send a mail to a list of user from the recorset you create in the DataPanel. This option is not available for single send mail.
Table:
The table where create the new record
Field list:
The field's list of the table where create the new record. To setup the value of the field you must select the field in this panel and after choose the field and the format from the 2 combo "Field value" and "Field format" like you don in the standard Dw insert record behavior.
Field value:
In this combo you find the list of field you have in the recordset you define in the DataPanel.
Field format:
The format of the DataBase field
Write log:
If checked each time you send a mail update the log file.
The info write in this file are:
- Date and time
- IP of the client
- Mail From
- Mail To
- Mail Cc
- Mail Bcc
- Mail Object
- Status (if send or not send and if not send the mailer error)
Folder:
The folder where create the log.
IMPORTANT: in this folder you must have the write permission
File:
You can setup if have a daily or monthly log file.
The format will be:
Daily: YYYYMMDD.txt
Monthly: YYYYMM.txt
